Our study group starts again after a summer break. We meet on alternate Thursdays and all are welcome. You need not have been before as all the letters can be dipped into at any time.

09:30Great Massingham, Produce Stall on the Green
The Produce stall, selling home cooked sweet and savoury, pies, cakes, preserves, plants, vegs, in Great Massingham, open at 9.30 am, on the Green, but in the Church if cold or wet. Refreshments available in the Church.
Many thanks go to everyone who supports us with their donations, help and not least our customers.
The final stall will be held on Saturday 8th Oct at 9-30am. Any donations of cake or produce will be gratefully received.
19:30FOSB The Thornhill Singers in Concert.
In 1981, a group of friends got together at Thornhill Farm, North Elmham, to sing for fun. Some thirty five years later they are still at it. They are highly acclaimed throughout East Anglia and have sung at several country houses including Felbrigg, Oxburgh Hall, Blickling, Audley End and Houghton Hall.
They have a wide repertoire which includes early sacred music, madrigals and folk songs. Their leader is Chris Brown who is also accompanist and Assistant Conductor of King’s Lynn Festival Chorus.
Now they are coming to Grimston with a concert in St. Botolph’s Church on Saturday evening, September 10th commencing at 7.00pm. Tickets are £10 on the door, members £9, including refreshments. Proceeds are in aid of Friends of St. Botolph’s.
With the wonderful acoustics of the building and such high quality performers, it promises to be a magical evening. All are welcome.

A very special concert to celebrate 700 years of worship in Ashwicken.
A classical music concert featuring The Gala String Quartet - artists who have worked with some of the biggest names in classical and pop music. Many of you will rememember the stunninng Iceni Ensemble who thrilled us 2 years ago. This time leader, Ivan McCready, has teamed up with 3 other string players to bring us a concert just as brilliant. More details on the News & Notices page of our web site.
